Questions about plans and payments
How do credits work?
Paid plans and credit packs use credits, charged per second of video: 2 credits per second at 480p, 4 at 720p and 7 at 1080p. A 6-second 480p video costs 12 credits. If a generation fails, the credits are returned.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Yearly plans receive their credit allowance every month, and we email you a reminder at least 7 days before each yearly renewal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime using the "Manage subscription" link in your Stripe receipt email, or by emailing billing@monnvia.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days if they used less than 20% of their first month's credits. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. Failed generations are always refunded in credits. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset at each monthly allocation and do not roll over. Credits from one-time credit packs never expire.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars and card charges appear as MONNVIA.SHOP on your statement.
