1. Submitting a notice

Send notices to our designated agent at legal@monnvia.shop with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
3. Identification of the material on Monnvia that is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

3. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

4. Trademarks and characters

Monnvia blocks prompts referencing well-known copyrighted characters and franchises. Monnvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any other studio. All sample characters on this website are original AI creations.
