Delivery Policy

Monnvia sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping fees.

1. What you receive

Subscriptions: monthly or yearly access to the AI Mermaid Video Generator plus a monthly credit allowance.
Credit packs: a one-time balance of credits added to your account.
Videos: AI-generated MP4 video files, typically 6 to 15 seconds long, at the resolution you select (480p, 720p or 1080p depending on plan).

2. When purchases are delivered

Plans and credits are delivered electronically and are available immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe, usually within seconds and at most within 5 minutes. You will receive a receipt by email. If your credits do not appear within 15 minutes, contact support@monnvia.shop.

3. How videos are delivered

Videos are generated on our servers and shown directly in your browser on the generator page.
Typical generation time is 1 to 3 minutes; at busy times it can take up to 15 minutes.
You can download each video as an MP4 file with the Download button.
Download links expire 24 hours after generation. Please save your videos to your device.

4. Failed delivery

If a video fails or cannot be downloaded, the credits used are returned automatically. See our Refund Policy for money-back terms.

5. Availability

The Service is available worldwide except in countries subject to comprehensive US sanctions. We aim for continuous availability but may occasionally pause generation for maintenance; paid features affected by an extended outage will be compensated with credits.
