Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026. Last updated: September 10, 2026.
Monnvia is built for original, family-friendly mermaid videos. This policy applies to every prompt, upload and video on the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Monnvia to create, upload or share:
- Sexual or adult content, including nudity, sexually suggestive or fetish content, whether realistic, animated or AI-generated.
- Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, violent or exploitative way. Uploading photos of anyone under 18 is not allowed.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: videos of real people, including celebrities and public figures, or of any person without their consent.
- Intellectual property infringement: copyrighted or trademarked characters, films, logos or artwork (for example, Disney's Ariel or The Little Mermaid), unless you own the rights.
- Violence and hate: graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism, or content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
- Harassment, fraud and deception: bullying, defamation, scams, or content presented as real footage to mislead.
- Illegal activity of any kind.
2. Photo uploads and consent
- Only upload photos you own or have the right to use.
- Every identifiable person in the photo must be an adult who has given you permission.
- You confirm this each time you use Photo to Video.
3. How we enforce this policy
- Every prompt is checked by an automated safety filter before generation.
- Our video provider applies its own content safety checks to every output.
- We never offer “uncensored”, “spicy” or NSFW modes.
- We review user reports and may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and forfeit credits for violations.
- We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
4. Responsible sharing
Videos created with Monnvia are AI-generated. When you share them, follow each platform's rules on labeling synthetic media, and never present them as real footage of real events or people.
5. Reporting
To report content that breaks this policy, email abuse@monnvia.shop with a description and any link or task reference. We review reports within 2 business days. Copyright owners can also use our DMCA process.
